Referee Instructions

Papers for the Transactions on Algorithms must fall within the scope of the journal. There are three main criteria for a paper to be accepted:

(1) the paper must be among the best papers of the year in its specialized area of algorithmics;

(2) the paper must be of interest to the algorithms community;

(3) the presentation must be clear and effective.

Reviews for all manuscripts submitted to TALG are to be done electronically through http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/talg, unless otherwise instructed by the Associate Editor. The first step is an invitation from the requesting Associate Editor who will provide referees on-line access to the manuscript after an agreement has been made to review. Referee names for each submission are kept confidential, as authors will have access to read only the reviews.
